We are a multi-professional team dedicated to providing Primary Health Care, and our main objective is to attend to our users with quality, availability and proximity.

How to use

Never forget your SNS identification document – Cartão de Utente or Cartão do Cidadão and your Vaccination Card.

If possible, do not miss appointments without giving prior notice.

  • Scheduled Consultation (Medical / Nursing)

  • Open Consultation (Medical / Nursing)

    It should be used when the problem arose less than 72 hours ago and/or acute chronic disease. These will always be guaranteed on the same day.

  • Home Visiting (Medical / Nursing)

    Medical and/or nursing consultations at home are reserved for chronically dependent patients or who, temporarily or permanently, do not have the physical conditions to go to the FUSE.

    By email or at the administrative counter.

  • Collecting

    Within 72 hours of the request.

  • Atention

    In the case of the requested medication is not included in the clinical process and/or not known to the Family Doctor, it may not be prescribed.

They can be delivered to the administrative counter according to the instructions of their family doctor.

The U.S.F. does not transcribe requests for examinations either from the public or private practices.

Information

USF Tempo de Cuidar, besides the health services provided, also has a training function for new professionals, doctors and nurses. If for any reason you do not want your medical or nursing appointment to be attended by one of these trainees, you must inform the clinical secretariat when you register your appointment.

  • When you arrive, wait for your call in silence in the waiting room of the USF
  • Respect the privacy of other patients. Do not interrupt the service.
  • Compliance with the established rules provides a better quality of service and better care.

Commitment

In the prolonged absence of your Family Doctor or Nurse, the U.S.F. Tempo de Cuidar ensures the provision of care considered fundamental in all areas.
It is a commitment of this Unit to make a scheduled appointment with the respective health team within no more than 15 working days, except during periods of professional absence due to holidays.
