All Health Services require prior booking, which can be done in person or by telephone. Scheduling allows the User to book an appointment and consequently be informed of the date and time of the appointment.
It is recommended that Health Services are booked as early as possible. However, some services may be booked on the same day (nursing treatments, open consultation), provided they cannot be postponed.
The patient must arrive at USF Tempo de Cuidar up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time, in order to confirm his/her presence at the counter.
It is neither necessary nor useful to arrive earlier.
Whenever a patient arrives late to the FHU, he/she will only be seen by the nurse or doctor at the end of the appointments and if there is availability.
After confirming your presence, you should wait calmly in the waiting room for your call. You should respect the other users as well as the functioning of the unit.
When for any reason a User decides not to make an appointment that is scheduled, he has the duty, in advance, to cancel the appointment.
